By accessing or using the locallyio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, vendors, and visitors.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All orders placed through locallyio are subject to acceptance by the vendor. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made through accepted methods including bKash, Nagad, bank cards, or Cash on Delivery where available. Orders may be cancelled by either party subject to the cancellation policy.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and maintaining adequate inventory. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. locallyio charges a commission on each completed sale as agreed during vendor registration.
Users must not use the platform for any illegal activities, including selling counterfeit or prohibited goods. Users must not manipulate reviews, ratings, or other feedback mechanisms. Users must not attempt to circumvent platform security measures or scrape data without authorization.
All content on the locallyio platform, including logos, designs, and software, is the property of locallyio or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant locallyio a license to display them on the platform. Users must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without written permission.
locallyio acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the twelve months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
