You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable goods, custom-made items, intimate apparel, and digital products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, go to your Orders page, select the order, and tap "Request Return." Choose the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason. You can upload photos if the item is damaged or defective. The vendor will review your request within 48 hours. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
For defective or damaged items, return shipping is free — we will arrange a pickup at your location. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of return approval.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, card, or wallet). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited to your locallyio wallet. You will receive a notification when your refund is processed.
For orders with multiple items, you can request a return for individual items. The refund amount will be calculated based on the returned item's price. Delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is returned or the return is due to a vendor error.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will prioritize your return request and offer a full refund or free replacement at your choice. In some cases, the vendor may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
